Bring your contact form. We do the follow-up.
Most websites answer their enquiries late, or never. The message arrives as an email, it slides down the inbox, and a customer who was ready to buy goes to whoever replied first. This plugin fixes the part you keep meaning to do.
Somebody fills in your contact form. Within seconds they get a reply, in your business’s name. If nobody has answered them a day later, they get a short note asking the one question you need in order to quote. On day three, a single tap to say whether they are still interested. On day seven, a graceful close. Then it stops.
And the moment they reply — or the moment you reply, from your own inbox, on your phone — the follow-ups stop. Almost no follow-up tool does that, because a plugin running on your own server cannot see the reply. Followitz can, because the reply comes back through it.
Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Elementor and Fluent Forms, automatically. Each is read after it has run its own spam check, so whatever protection you already use is respected rather than duplicated. You do not change your form, and your form’s own notification email carries on exactly as before.
A contact form is open to the world, so a lot of what arrives at a busy one is not a customer. Chasing that is how a sender’s reputation gets ruined and how real email starts landing in spam folders. The plugin adds a honeypot and a timing check that never trouble a real person, and Followitz scores every submission after that. Anything uncertain is held for you to look at rather than emailed to anyone.
Install, open Settings → Followitz, and press Connect. There is no signup form and no password: we use the email address WordPress already has, and send you a sign-in code. Your next enquiry gets a reply within seconds.
The plugin is free and always will be. Followitz has a free tier, and paid plans if you outgrow it. No trial countdown, and nothing in the plugin is locked. See pricing.

Not on WordPress? Followitz takes enquiries from any platform — any form that can post to a web address, or simply by forwarding the notification email your form already sends.
