Your name, email address, business name, phone number, plan and payment status. Payment card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay and never reach our servers.
The details you enter: name, WhatsApp number, company, email, address, city, notes; the quotation files you upload; the follow-up messages we send on your behalf and the replies your customers send back, including which quick-reply button they tapped; whether and when a quotation link was opened (time, IP address, browser).
To run the Service you signed up for: sending follow-ups, receiving replies, showing you where each lead stands. To keep the Service secure and to keep an accurate record of what was sent and received. To bill you. We do not sell data, run advertising, or use your customers’ data for anything except your account.
Messages are sent and received through the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms. Meta processes message content and phone numbers under its own terms. A customer can stop all messages from your business at any time by replying STOP.
Data is stored on servers in India and the European Union operated by our hosting providers (Hetzner, Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare) and protected by encryption in transit and at rest. Account data is kept for the life of the account plus 90 days, then deleted. Quotation files are deleted with the lead or the account. Backups are encrypted and rotated within 30 days.
You can view, correct, export or delete your data from within the Service or by writing to us. Your customers can ask us to delete their data; we will confirm with you and act within 30 days.
