Grandfield Media Private Limited (CIN U85499TS2026PTC221225), No 93 Koundinya Nagar, Nr Prathibha High School, I.E. Nacharam, Uppal, Hyderabad 500076, Telangana, India operates Followitz. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
Our WordPress plugin is a client for this service. Installing it sends nothing anywhere. Only after the site owner presses Connect does it begin sending, and it sends only to Followitz.
When Connect is pressed, the plugin sends the site address, the site name and the email address the owner entered to app.followitz.com/api/connect, and publishes a one-time random value at /wp-json/followitz/v1/verify so we can confirm the request genuinely came from that site. We do this so that nobody can claim a domain they do not control and send email naming it.
After that, each time a form on the site is submitted the plugin sends that submission to app.followitz.com: the form's own fields — typically the enquirer's name, email address, phone number and message — together with the site address, the page the form was on, and two anti-spam values the plugin adds (a hidden honeypot field, and how long the form took to fill in).
We use that data only to reply to the enquirer on the site owner's behalf, to follow up until somebody answers, and to show the owner their enquiries. Disconnecting the plugin stops all of it immediately; uninstalling it removes every setting it stored. A person who receives one of these emails can remove their address from Followitz entirely with a single click in any message we send them.
Your name, email address, business name, phone number, plan and payment status. Payment card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay and never reach our servers.
The details you enter: name, WhatsApp number, company, email, address, city, notes; the quotation files you upload; the follow-up messages we send on your behalf and the replies your customers send back, including which quick-reply button they tapped; whether and when a quotation link was opened (time, IP address, browser).
To run the Service you signed up for: sending follow-ups, receiving replies, showing you where each lead stands. To keep the Service secure and to keep an accurate record of what was sent and received. To bill you. We do not sell data, run advertising, or use your customers’ data for anything except your account.
Messages are sent and received through the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms. Meta processes message content and phone numbers under its own terms. A customer can stop all messages from your business at any time by replying STOP.
Data is stored on servers in India and the European Union operated by our hosting providers (Hetzner, Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare) and protected by encryption in transit and at rest. Account data is kept for the life of the account plus 90 days, then deleted. Quotation files are deleted with the lead or the account. Backups are encrypted and rotated within 30 days.
You can view, correct, export or delete your data from within the Service or by writing to us. Your customers can ask us to delete their data; we will confirm with you and act within 30 days.
